Hoi heren, zoals zoveel mustangs van ons is mijn '66 mustang gemaakt in de fabriek in San Jose. Nu is mijn zoon een spreekbeurt over "natuurlijk" mustang aan het voorbereiden. En vroeg dus waar onze mustang vandaan kwam, maar....... bestaat deze fabriek eigelijk nog wel en........ worden er nogsteeds Fords gemaakt en...... misschien nogwel mustangs. Jullie zien hij vroeg meer dan ik kon beantwoorden,

dus doe ik een beroep op jullie. Kan iemand hier iets over zeggen

Ook Ford lijkt te hinten dat de geboorteplaats van je Mustang niet meer bestaat... Hij staat in ieder geval niet in die lijst.

Lex,

Ik ben daar geweest in 2000. Er staat nu inderdaad een grote Mall met veel winkels. Er is alleen nog een herinneringsplaque bij de foodcourt te zien en er staan wat auto's in het winkelcentrum. Helaas heb ik daar geen foto's van, maar wel van de Mustang show die daar buiten werd georganiseerd door de lokale Mustang club. Helaas niet digitaal.
